NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Bronx-based nonprofit radio station WFUV has added a new incentive for their financial supporters with invites to live, private concerts at venues around the New York market.

The station’s ‘Marquee Member’ support tier, which requires a donation of $1,500 to $1,799 entitles the member to access one show a month for a full year.

Additional support tiers are available, including the ‘Platinum Star Membership’ which starts at $5,000 and included 4 tickets to every show the station produces, preferred seating at select shows, and two pairs of tickets per year to select “WFUV Presents” concerts at venues such as Forest Hills Stadium, SummerStage at Central Park, the Beacon Theatre and BRIC.

Recent performers at WFUV concerts have included Amos Lee, Amy Helm, Steve Earle, Richard Thompson, Citizen Cope, Jade Bird, Bailen, Josh Ritter, Bedouine, SOAK, Low Cut Connie, Andrew Bird, and Bob Mould.

Venues hosting the station’s recent shows have included Rockwood Music Hall, McKittrick Hotel, Electric Lady Studios, Littlefield in Brooklyn, Sheen Center, City Winery, and more.

WFUV is a 50,000-watt non-profit radio station operated by Fordham University.
