LONDON (CelebrityAccess) — AEG Presents announced plans for a brand new music festival for London with a focus on a curated music lineup and community engagement.
AEG Presents’ LIDO Festival will take place at London’s Victoria Park across two weekends in June 2025.
According to AEG Presents, the festival will feature a slate of music on the weekends with the intervening week powered by “community-driven activities” with a strong focus on sustainability.
As a part of LIDO’s partnership with East London Arts and Music, the festival will offer students a chance for a hands-on experience at the festival, including performing at the event, as well as opportunities for aspiring young professionals across festival production, technology, and the wider music industry.
While details about the lineup for the inaugural edition of LIDO have not been announced, AEG Presents says the event will “showcase the most current headliners and work closely with them to curate the line ups, reflecting their own musical passions, with a strong focus on emerging artists.”
LIDO will join AEG Present’s current slate of London festivals that includes BST Hyde Park, and All Points East.
