(CelebrityAccess News Service) – Publicly traded TBA Entertainment Corporation has entered into exclusive negotiations with a company affiliated with Irving Azoff and certain other parties for the acquisition of TBA.
TBA postponed its annual stockholders meeting of stockholders, scheduled for last November, as a result of the ongoing negotiations.
Based in Encino, CA, TBA has offices in Nashville (its largest), Chicago, Atlanta, San Diego, Salt Lake City, Omaha, Seattle, Cleveland and London, Englan. In addition to its corporate communications, entertainment marketing, and fairs and festivals divisions, it also has a management division that includes artists such as Brooks and Dunn, Tesla, Pap Roach, Jaci Velasquez and CeCe Winans.
