LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Black Eyed Peas guitarist George Pajon has filed a lawsuit against the band's longtime business manager, alleging breach of contract, negligence, professional fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and unjust enrichment.
In the suit, Pajon allege that Sean Larkin and his company Larkin Business Management caused Pajon more than $1 million in damages from a variety of incidents, including the alleged failure by Larkin to file Pajon's 2009 tax return.
Pajon also alleges that Larkin mismanaged funds and accounts that were to be utilized in Pajon's wedding and that Larkin presented himself as a certified public account, while allegedly not having any professional accounting credentials.
Pajon is seeking as relief, compensation for damages and expenses as well as exemplary and punitive damages.
