LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Another CAA agent has found a new home, this time, veteran agent Rob Scheidlinger has joined the Weinstein Company as executive Vice President of business affairs and production, Variety reported.
In his new position, Scheidlinger will work closely with Michael Cole and Eric Roth under the benevolent gaze of Harvey Weinstein.
Scheidlinger's 8-year stint at CAA saw him work with Al Pacino, and television producer Aaron Sorkin as well as with directors like Michael Bey and Ang Lee, among others. He has also taken a turn as a lawyer and headed up Omnibus, a production company pacted with Fox to produce television products such as "Sports Night," "The Crash of Flight 323," and "The Court." – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
