FRENCH VALLEY, CA (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) -– Jeffrey Wayne Dineen and his wife, Virginia, were accused of roughly $3,250 in thefts from eight local businesses.
According to the North County Times, the couple told merchants they were promoting a Lake Skinner concert series that never happened. Businesses paid between $150 and $750 for booths near the event. According to the testimony of a detective, the Dineens had neither signed a rental agreement or sent a depost for the Lake Skinner property.
Jeffrey Dineen’s prior record includes convictions of felony fraud in California and two other fraud related cases in Arkansas. Rather than risking a jury conviction and double-digit sentence, Dineen pled guilty to one count of first-degree burglary and received a six year stint in prison. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
