Eagles, Stadium District, Jam Productions To Foot Ticket Refunds

With total ticket refunds possibly reaching as high as $352,000, Denver's Metropolitan Football Stadium District is shelling out as much as $100,000 to Eagles fans who were affected by poor sound at the band's Aug. 11 concert at Invesco Field at Mile High Stadium's inaugural event (CelebrityAccess, Aug. 18), reports the Rocky Mountain News.

Jam Productions, the concert's promoter, and the Eagles will cover the rest, with the Eagles expected to pay the majority. Jam rented the stadium for $200,000 from the District. Up to 8,800 of the 55,000 concertgoers could be eligible to receive the $40 ticket refunds.
