NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Elton John will celebrate his 60th birthday on March 25th performing at Madison Square Garden. The Live Nation promotion will be a one-time musical event that will also mark his 60th concert at the legendary venue, breaking his own house record.

John will be performing with his long-time band: Davey Johnstone on guitar; Guy Babylon on keyboards; Bob Birch on bass guitar; John Mahon on percussion; and Nigel Olsson on drums. For a select number of songs, John will be joined onstage by a full choir. This momentous and record-breaking occasion will be shot in HD with exclusive content being made available worldwide for television broadcast, broadband, and mobile distribution.
