LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Tom Waits has settled his lawsuit against Adam Opel AG and its advertising agency McCann Erickson Germany, which arose out of TV commercials for Opel aired in 2005.
Waits is donating his net settlement proceeds to charity. Of the resolution of this matter, McCann Erickson said, "We respect Mr. Waits, and deeply regret any embarrassment this may have caused."
