AUSTIN, TX (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Austin City Limits Live at Moody Theater has named Colleen Fischer as director of booking and Karola Thurman as the new director of ticketing at the venue.
Fischer comes to ACL from Live Nation where she'd served as a vice president of booking for the past 12 years. Before joining Live Nation, Fischer booked at the Houston venue Rockefeller’s.
Prior to joining ACL, Thurman worked as the ticketing office manager for Texas Performing Arts.
The new 2,750-capacity will be used for taping the Austin City Limits television program and live performances, and is set for an opening in early February. The venue will host the taping of the 'Austin City Limits' television show as well as hosting as many as 100 additional live performances a year. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
