NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment announced that Fred Mangione has been promoted to the newly-created post of Chief of Staff.
Mangione will work with CEO Brett Yormark on long-term strategic business planning across all BSE divisions, including teams, venues, content development, and new projects, as well as target growth and acquisition opportunities. Mangione will also serve as a liaison between Yormark and the company’s current businesses.
Mangione, who has been with the organization for 16 years, has served since 2014 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to becoming COO, Mangione served as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Revenue Officer for the Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center. He joined the Nets in 1999 as the Director of Ticket Sales.
