(CelebrityAccess News Service) — Effective July 9, Gregg Perloff left Clear Channel Entertainment in San Francisco. Perloff was a mainstay in the Bill Graham Presents organization, which was sold to SFX, which in turn was sold to Clear Channel Communications.
Perloff's departure was not unexpected. He talked about the possibility of leaving the company for the past few years, according to industry sources.

Perloff joined Bill Graham Presents in 1978, later becoming the executive vice president of BGP, in charge of the concert division.
