BATON ROUGE (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Reggae band Inner Circle's tour bus was involved in a multi-vehicle crash on Tuesday, outside of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
According to local NBC affiliate NBC33, the crash occurred around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday on I-10 when the bus ruptured a tire. Louisiana State Trooper Jared Sandifer told NBC33 that “The bus went into the median, struck the cable barrier and some of the debris from the crash struck two other vehicles. The cable barrier prevented the bus from crossing the median into oncoming traffic."
Police reported that there were no major injuries from the accident and it appears that the crash will have no effect on the tour.
The bus is owned by Inner Circle, who are currently on the road for summer tour and are set to play at Chaparral Hall in Ojal, California on June 6th. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
