Some teenage fans of Korn under 20 years of age of will be able to see the hard rock act for $10 on its fall tour presented by MTV and Playstation2 and sponsored by Pony, Pop Sux! "We just think that right now, because the economy is so screwed, kids are getting it the worst," Korn's Jonathan Davis said. "And we know that there aren't that many parents buying Korn tickets for kids right now, so we wanted to do something for our younger fans." Disturbed and Trust Company are the support acts.
This tour, however, will have a scaled down production compared to the group's summer tour. It will include video screens with images supplied by collaborator Nathan "Karma" Cox, a longtime friend of the band. "It's not as elaborate as the other one," Davis said. "We're making it more about the band than the huge light shows and all that other stuff. Overall, we like it a lot better."
