SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — According to the Associated Press assault charges against Vine’s lead singer Craig Nicholls have been dropped after his lawyers announced he had Asperger’s Syndrome.
Nicholls was charged with kicking a photographer and damaging her camera at a Sydney concert six months ago. The case was dropped on the condition that Nicholls continue medical treatment for the disease.
Asperger’s is a mild form of autism which is characterized by social and communication deficiencies.
