LONDON (CelebrityAccess) — Live Nation has acquired a controlling interest in UK-based festival and concert promoter Cuffe & Taylor.
Founders Daniel Cuffe and Peter Taylor will remain at the helm of the company as joint directors, following the acquisition.
The company, which launched in 2009, specializes in staging events off of the beaten track and produces festivals such as Greenwich Music Time and the Lytham Festival.
The company also operates event management and production services and handles booking at the Scarborough Open Air Theatre, as well as an artist management division.
In a joint statement, Cuffe & Taylor directors, Daniel Cuffe and Peter Taylor said: "After an incredible seven years operating as an independent promoter in the UK we are now looking forward to our new life as part of the Live Nation family.
