MIAMI (CelebrityAccess) — After several months of dormancy, Bayfront Park Amphitheatre in Bayfront Park is ready for a return as Live Nation announced plans to reactivate the venue for the 2015 summer concert series.
The 2015 lineup includes the EDM event Go HARD Miami and shows by Third Eye Blind & Dashboard Confessional, Nicki Minaj, The Smashing Pumpkins & Marilyn Manson, Counting Crows, Culture Club, Alt-J, and Sublime.
“We’ve been involved for several years, but have just not been active,” Neil Jacobsen, President of Live Nation Florida told the Miami New Times. “For awhile, we were only using it as a rental facility. We love the location, and it’s right next to the bay, with only 2600 seats and an intimate lawn. There is no bad seat in the venue. We just felt that due to the South Florida economy picking up, now was the right time to reintroduce the venue to the public.” – Staff Writers
