JOHNSON CITY, N.Y. (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Halloween will mark the final performance at Magic City Music Hall as the club is shutting down after the club's management failed to reach a lease agreement with the building's owners.
Although only operating for four years, the 1,250-capacity hall has hosted an impressive list of shows, including performances by Snoop Dogg, Blues Traveler, BB King and Chevelle.
"I think the community in general is very sad and disappointed that something that gives them a chance to take a break from work and take a break from their children and come out and have a good time, is actually going away," Keven Hoover, the club's General Manager told News10.
The club's management is currently looking into other sites for the venue and new locations in both Birmingham and Endicott are under consideration. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
