CALGARY (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — A concert-goer was hospitalized with serious injuries after taking a 30-foot plunge onto concrete from a parking facility during a concert at the Saddledome on October 5th .
According to CBC News, the man had been removed from a concert by Jason Aldean due to being intoxicated shortly before the fall. Emergency services were then summoned at 10:30 p.m. M.T. to a parking facility at the venue, where the man had suffered an approximately 30 foot fall from the parking structure onto a concrete surface.
"The height of the fall was significant, and the surface he landed on is just flat concrete," Stewart Brideaux, a communications officer with Calgary EMS told CBC-News. "It was very unforgiving."
The man, whose name was not released, was transported with serious injuries to a nearby medical center. – Staff Writers
