(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) – Carole Fields Arnold, co-founder of the Musicians' Assistance Program (MAP), died on June 11 in Los Angeles of undisclosed causes at age 59.
She founded MAP in the early '90s with her late husband, Buddy Arnold, who passed away last November.
