LONDON (VIP NEWS) — Muse have delayed the release of their new album 'The 2nd Law' until October.
The album had originally been scheduled to come out on September 17, but will now be released on October 1 in the UK and on October 2 in the US. No reason has been given for the delay, but one possible explanation could be to avoid clashing with The Killers' new album 'Battle Born', which is also due for release on September 17.
The band have also confirmed that the album's first single will be 'Madness', which will be released on August 20. They have not said whether the track will be debuted online or on radio prior to that date.
'The 2nd Law' is the follow-up to 2009's 'The Resistance' and has been recorded in London. It also contains recent single 'Survival' amid a total of 13 tracks. –According to NME.com
