LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Robert Sillerman's SFXE has announced that it has acquired online ticketing service company Flavorus.
Launched in 1999 by Todd Sims and James Reichardt, Flavorus now services more than 5,000 partners, including high profile events and promoters such as the Electric Daisy Carnival, Hard Events, Pacha NYC, Beta Nightclub and other leading event brands.
How the acquisition of the company by SFXE will affect Flavorus relationship with its clients remains to be seen. A number of the company's key clients such as Electric Daisy's producer Insomniac Events and Hard Events are owned by, or in strategic partnership with Live Nation.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
