NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Police, one of the most highly anticipated tours of 2007 is coming to an end in 2008. The last tour dates have now been announced and an additional 30 dates have been confirmed beginning May 1st in
Ottawa. The Police's much heralded tour considered "Top Selling Tour of 2007" (Billboard
Magazine) with over 2.5 million tickets sold so far will now include special guest Elvis
Costello and the Imposters for a potion of the 2008 tour.
The Police are planning on hitting many of the Venues they missed the first time around the
globe. This will be one of the first major tours with the new Private Pass with Citi
cards and Live Nation giving pre-sales to fans who use their Citi cards.
