The Zombies Announce North American Tour

(CelebrityAccess) — UK classic rock outfit The Zombies announced the final segment of their Odessey & Oracle. The 26-date outing, set for Spring 2017, kicks off at the Keswick Theatre in Glenside, PA on March 17th.

The tour marks the 50th anniversary of their classic album Odessey & Oracle, which broke the band up before going on to be a smash hit when it hit the shelves 4 months later in April 1968.

The band's lineup includes the group's surviving members singer Colin Blunstone, keyboardist Rod Argent, bassist Chris White and drummer Hugh Grundy along with Tom Toomey and Jim Rodford, who are later additions to the team.

Along with the tour, the band is also releasing an album-sized coffee table book about the making of the album. With a release set to coincide with the start of the tour, the book features handwritten lyrics and artwork from artist Terry Quirk, who painted the album cover and had the misfortune of having his mis-spelling of the album's title immortalized by the album's success.
