MANCHESTER, UK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Ex-Smiths Bassist Andy Rourke is teaming up with his manager Nova Rehman to add a second show to Versus Cancer, a fundraising effort ala Live-8. The events are being held to fund cancer-research instead of poverty, the Manchester Evening News reported.
Events are also being planned for London, Sweden, The U.S. and Japan.
The lineup for the events, to take place at M.E.N. Arena on March 30 has yet to be released but tickets for the event will be available after Jan. 12.
