PHOENIX (CelebrityAccess) One of two instruments stolen from Lamb of God – the beloved Warbird guitar of member Willie Adler – recently appeared up for sale on website OfferUp.com.

Adler claimed in an Instagram post that his Warbird and bassist John Campbell’s “one-of-a-kind handpainted bass” were lifted from the back of their semi-truck in full view of venue security prior to a show at Ak-Chin Pavilion in Phoenix May 2.

“The pieces of shit that did this are suspected to be employed by @akchin.pavilion. local hands that were working Wednesday, our tour production day,” Adler said. “Apparently, they waited around for all to leave, and made their way into the back of our semi to commit this felony. AGAIN..under the watch of @akchin.pavilion and their security.”

Phoenix Police Sergeant Vince Lewis confirmed to the Phoenix New Times that one of the instruments was up for sale, saying,  “One did turn up on OfferUp. We have yet to name a suspect or recover either guitar. Our investigators are actively working this case. The more we release, the harder it becomes to catch up with a suspect or locate these items before either go underground or into the wind.”

The person selling the guitar used the name “Clash With.” A longtime fan of the band acted as a buyer, with Adler agreeing to put up the money to buy it. However, the seller stopped responding and changed his profile photo.

There is a $1,000 reward for the guitar.
