SACRAMENTO, CA (CelebrityAccess) — Rock icons Guns N’ Roses has reportedly settled a lawsuit against the Colorado brewery Oskar Blues over trademark infringement.

The group took issue with the brewery’s sale of ‘Guns ‘N’ Rosé ale’ and related merchandise without obtaining permission to do so.

According to Reuters, both sides have agreed in principle to a settlement and are working on a written agreement that will lead to the suit’s dismissal.

On Tuesday, the court ordered an extension in the case while the details of the written agreement are settled, court records showed.

Lawyers for Gn’R, whose members include frontman Axl Rose, guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan, filed the suit in May, accusing the brewery of trading on the band’s name and reputation by selling the beer which they alleged was based on the band’s brand.
