LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) – Taylor Swift will be honored with the coveted Artist of the Decade award at this year’s American Music Awards.
Swift, who has won more American Music Awards than any other artist this decade, is nominated for five awards this year including: Artist of the Year; Favorite Music Video; Favorite Female Artist – Pop/Rock; Favorite Album – Pop/Rock; Favorite Artist – Adult Contemporary. Additionally, she holds the record for most American Music Awards wins of any female artist ever, with 23.

Swift’s seventh studio album Lover, which was released in August, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, marking the superstar’s sixth No. 1 album on the chart.
The “2019 American Music Awards” will broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. EST on ABC. Fans can expect Swift to take the stage to perform a medley of the biggest hits of her career.
