SEOUL (CelebrityAccess) – Global Citizen has announced that K-pop supergroup SuperM and singer BoA have joined the lineup of its Global Goal Live: The Possible Dream event in Seoul, South Korea.
The massive 10-hour, multi-continent concert, which is slated to take place on September 26, 2020, will broadcast live from Seoul, New York City, Lagos, Nigeria, and other cities in Latin America and Europe, and is part of a yearlong initiative to achieve the United Nations’ Global Goals to end poverty and tackle climate change by 2030.
Previously announced artists who will take the stage in other locations include Alicia Keys, Billie Eilish, Coldplay, Cyndi Lauper, D’banj, Eddie Vedder, EXO, H.E.R., Janelle Monáe, Lizzo, Metallica, Miley Cyrus, Muse, Ozuna, Ozzy Osbourne, Pharrell Williams, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Shawn Mendes, Tiwa Savage, Usher and others to be announced. Hosts include Deborra-lee Furness & Hugh Jackman, Idris Elba, Jill Vedder, Rachel Brosnahan, Trevor Noah, Uzo Aduba and more.
