LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Public Relations firm 42West has tapped Dvora Vener Englefield to head up their newly-created music department.
Englefield had formerly been a senior vice president at B|W|R, where she created and ran their music department. At B|W|R, her client list included Christina Aguilera, Linkin Park, Maroon 5, Alanis Morrisette and Prince among others.
Englefield was behind numerous well-known PR campaigns such as Rock the Vote and tours such as Linkin Park’s “Projekt Revolution” tour, Mötley Crüe’s “Better Live Than Dead” reunion tour, Ziggy Marley’s “Love is My Religion” and many more. Prior to B|W|R, Englefield worked in New York for the William Morris Agency in the urban contemporary music department.
Publicist Lisa Taylor, who had worked with Englefield in the past, is also joining the team. They will be based out of the 42West's Los Angeles operation.
"Although we have long represented a wide variety of recording artists, we’ve always wanted to have a department devoted solely to music," said 42 West founder Leslee Dart. "What made it possible for us to finally take this step was finding an executive of Dvora’s caliber to lead this initiative." – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
