PORTLAND, OR. (CelebrityAccess) — The Rose Quarter and Rip City Management have named Amanda Mann as the new Vice President and General Manager of Venue Operations.
Mann will assume her new post effective October 19, and have oversight of the Rose Quarter, Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum, and oversee the internal teams that handle Facility Operations, Event Sales & Content Booking, Guest Experience, Security, Levy Restaurants, Event Management and Parking.
Prior to joining the Rose Quarter, Mann was Assistant General Manager and Vice President of Booking and Event Operations for Clutch City Sports & Entertainment in Houston. Mann is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Mathematics in the School of Engineering. Her professional portfolio includes tenures with Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in Los Angeles; and Pace Concerts, Ltd. / Clear Channel Entertainment in both Houston and Austin.
Joining Mann as she relocates to Oregon will be her husband and two daughters.
