Alan King, John Schreiber and Mark Krantz, producers of The Friars Roast, have partnered with Radio City Entertainment's Comedy Garden to produce a one-night only television event paying tribute to the original kings of comedy, scheduled for mid-2003. The original tribute will feature three past Friar Abbotts: Ed Sullivan, Milton Berle and Frank Sinatra. The program will feature some of today's best and brightest comedic, theatrical and musical talents while tributes, stand-up comedy and personal memories will round out the evening.
