LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — AEG's Goldenvoice LLC has sued another promoter in the wake of two concerts by Latin artists Romeo Santos.
According to MyNewsLA, Goldenvoice is alleging breach-of-contract and seeking more than $43,000 in damages from promoter Latin Events LLC.
The complaint states that Goldenvoice and Latin Events partnered to co-promote two concerts last June in in Fresno and San Jose, with an agreement to split any losses evenly.
Goldenvoice's complaint said two concerts proved to be smashing failures, losing more than $360,000 in total, however, Latin Events LLC only paid part of the loss split, leaving an unpaid balance of $43,435, Goldenvoice alleges.
A rep for Latin Events could not be reached for comment. – Staff Writers
