SULLIVAN (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Police in Indianapolis were notified by motorists that a white 1992 Honda was driving south on U.S. 41 recklessly and at high speeds, the IndyStar reported.
John M. Leer, 24, was observed by State Trooper Brent Clark, traveling at 110 mph and passing cars on the median. Trooper Clark laid chase, resulting in Leer losing control of his vehicle, after which police were subsequently able to arrest him.
Leer reportedly told troops that he was on his way to Evansville for a Godsmack concert, to which he was running late. Leer was charged with resisting law enforcement, recklessness, speeding and having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
