HOUSTON, TX (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — After more than 85 years, the International Association of Assembly Managers will cease to exist! Not to worry however, as they are only changing their name. Starting later this fall, the association will henceforth be known as the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM).
The decision to change their name was voted on electronically by the association's members and the results were announced at VenueConnect, the IAAM's 85th Annual Conference & Trade Show, currently underway in Houston, Texas.
