The Travelpod is a portable clear, poly-carbonate glass enclosure 20 feet long, 7.5 feet wide and 8.5 feet tall. It includes a double bed, bedside tables, lights, pillows, a dressing table, a mirror and a chair as well as privacy curtains to keep out nosy gawkers.
The pods are still in trials but are expected to cost about 50 dollars a night when deployed afield. No explanation has yet been made as to how these pods don't turn into mobile easy-bake ovens when the summer festival sun climbs towards its zenith. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers.
