Scott Named Executive Manager At Star Center

BERNALILLO, NM (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Tommy Scott has been named executive manager of the Santa Ana Star Center in Bernalillo, New Mexico, succeeding Sean Langer.

Langer, on board since last year, oversaw construction on the facility, and the opening in time for the 2006-07 season for the New Mexico Scorpions hockey team of the Central Hockey League. Langer is being transferred to Wenatchee, Wash., where he'll work on another start-up project for Global Entertainment.

"(Scott's) prior experience and knowledge will be an excellent asset to the building as well as the community," said Langer in a press release. "The past year-and-a-half working with the Rio Rancho community has been a wonderful experience for me. I would like to express my gratitude for providing the opportunity to work with you."

Previously, Scott was stationed in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he oversaw the River West Festival Park’s venues and major Oktoberfest celebration. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
