COLLEGE STATION, TX (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The College Station City Council has brought the hammer down on patrons of the Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater who like to bring their own booze to events.
According to local news outlet KBTX, the City Council voted 5-1 to limit carry-in alcohol to what the council described as "personal-sized containers" which are now restricted to a mere 48 quarts, or a paltry 12 gallons of alcohol or less.
If alcohol is sold at events has still been left to the promoter to determine.
They have also moved to limit smoking at the venue to designated areas and enacted some new noise control guidelines.
