LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Rikki Rocket, the drummer for the rock band Poison has reportedly been released by the LA County Sheriff's department after Mississippi law enforcements officials decided not to extradite the musician.
Rocket had been detained on Monday in connection with a warrant resulting from an alleged rape that occurred at the Silver Star Hotel & Casino. According to authorities, a woman filed a report with the Nashoba County Sheriff's Department, stating that Rockett had raped her in his hotel room while she was a guest at the hotel.
According to a report by TMZ, there was a delay between the time when the alleged assault occurred and when the woman filed a complaint with the police and the matter has been referred to the Nashoba County District Attorney's office for possible consideration by a grand jury. – CelebrityAccess
