Fleming & Associates Changes Its Name To Fleming Artists & They Go Global

ANN ARBOR, MI (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — But only their name has changed. They still have the same staff, the same location, and the same roster. Jim Fleming states “that the name change underscores what has always come first for us, and what has allowed our agency to become a viable and successful part of the music trade for 28 years: our top-flight artists.”

After 28 years of exclusive Ann Arbor residency, Fleming Artists announces the opening of their first branch office, in Melbourne, Australia. Looking after the day-to-day operations in Melbourne will be Australia’s own John Sinclair john@flemingartists.com
, an agent who brings his own world of experience to their crew. Fleming says, “We’re extremely excited by the opportunity to establish a presence in the magical Land of Oz, and further introducing our artists to Australia, New Zealand and the Far East. We also hope to build on our long association with Australian artists whom we have toured successfully in North America over the past several years. “

Lastly, Adam Bauer has been named Vice President of Fleming Artists, allowing him to assume a larger role in the company’s day-to-day operations. Adam’s twelve years of industry experience–eight of them with Fleming Artists—include The Good Music Agency/Talent Buyer’s Network and Washington State University. He is currently the responsible agent for a number of artists, including Toad the Wet Sprocket, Stephen Kellogg & The Sixers, Dan Bern, Glen Phillips, Eddie From Ohio, Willy Porter, and Lucy Kaplansky.

Adam’s increased responsibilities will give Jim Fleming, company founder and President, the opportunity to concentrate on select projects, overseas operations, and the development of new areas of interest.
