WALLINGFORD, CT (CelebrityAccess) — A fan of the metal band Lamb of God is suing promoter Live Nation over injuries allegedly sustained during a 2012 concert.
According to TMZ, the fan sued Live Nation, claiming that he was trampled during a November 23, 2012 show at the Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford, Connecticut. According to the lawsuit, the fan claims he was in the designated general admission area when he was knocked to the ground and trod upon by the crowd.
The fan claims to have suffered serious spinal injuries, which required surgery, and permanent impairment.
The fan accuses Live Nation was negligent for failing to provide adequate security and safety measures at the concert and is seeking more than $75,000 in compensation.
