LOS ANGELES, CA (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Southern California branch of Live Nation (NYSE: LYV), the world’s largest live music company, announced several promotions and appointments in its Booking and Operations departments today.
Brian Moore has been promoted to Talent Buyer. In his new position, Mr. Moore will book performers in Live Nation’s San Diego theaters and clubs, including the city’s House of Blues facility, 4th And B, plus other venues. Mr. Moore will work with Michelle Spell, who was recently named Associate Talent Buyer for Live Nation’s San Diego market. Mr. Moore most recently served as talent buyer for Live Nation’s Indianapolis office.
Todd Miller takes over as Talent Buyer for Live Nation’s Orange County clubs. Mr. Miller will primarily be responsible for booking House of Blues- Anaheim. Previously, Mr. Miller was talent buyer for House of Blues’ New Orleans venue, where he specialized in discovering emerging artists for The Parish stage.
Nick Spampanato has been named General Manager of The Wiltern, one of the most renowned theaters in the country. Prior to moving over to The Wiltern, Mr. Spampanato was with Gibson Amphitheatre, serving as the backstage manager for over fifteen years.
Greg Siegel has been promoted to Vice President of Booking. Mr. Siegel will program Live Nation’s many Southern California amphitheaters, theaters and clubs, including Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine, The Wiltern and Avalon in Los Angeles and various projects in San Diego. He will continue to work out of Live Nation’s main Southern California offices alongside fellow Booking vice president Rich Best and House of Blues – Sunset talent buyer Paul McGuigan. Prior to joining Live Nation, Mr. Siegel booked The Troubadour.
