Seven arrests were made at the Korn/Disturbed concert at Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, NH, on October 8, the tour's kick-off date; 15 others were thrown out. Among the charges between the seven were disorderly conduct,
intoxication and drug possession.
Police Sgt. James Kinney told The Union Leader that while the number of arrests is "a concern, it's a very small percentage" from a crowd of 8,000.
Arena GM Tim Bechert said the show's security was based in part on Korn's previous tour; eight off-duty police officers supplemented the arena security staff.
Bechert said they had more than adequate coverage. "It’s your typical Korn show," he said. Since the fracas, Bechert has been fielding phone calls from other facilities wanting to know what to expect on the tour.
