Winehouse Back To…'Back'

LONDON (VIP NEWS) — Amy Winehouse made her live comeback at the Summer Soul Festival in Brazil Saturday night.

Playing her first full live show since 2008, the singer included a cover of Al Dubin and Harry Warren's 'The Boulevard Of Broken Dreams' in her set at the Il Divino venue in Florianopolis.

The song, which was written for the 1934 film Moulin Rogue, has previously been covered by the likes of Tony Bennett.

Winehouse also performed hits such as 'Back To Black' and 'Tears Dry On Their Own' during the gig, which was the first of a five-date tour of the South American country.

She is scheduled to play the first of two headline dates at the Arena HSBC in Rio De Janeiro today, with the second taking place on Tuesday.

The tour will conclude with two more shows as part of the Summer Soul Festival at the Recife Convention Center on January 13 and the Sao Paulo Chácara Do Joquei on January 15.
