SAN FRANCISCO (CelebrityAccess) — In the latest of a series of high profile departures from social media service Twitter, Chief Technology Officer Adam Messinger has announced he's exiting the company.
"After 5 years I’ve decided to leave Twitter and take some time off. Grateful to @jack for the opportunity and to my team for shipping," Messinger tweeted on Tuesday.
Messinger will be joined in his departure by Josh McFarland, Vice President of Product for the company.
Last month, Twitter's COO Adam Bain took his leave. Earlier this year, Nathan Hubbard stepped away from his role as the company' Media chief, as did Twitter's Kevin Weil (head of product); Katie Jacobs Stanton (head of media); Alex Roetter (head of engineering); and Skip Schipper (head of HR). – Staff Writers
