HOUSTON, TX (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Beth Wade has been named General Manager of the planned Richard E. Berry Educational Support Center in Houston.
The nearly 250,000-square-foot facility, which will include a 12,000-seat stadium, a 9,500-seat arena, and a 400-capacity theater, is expected to open in May of next year.
The site is being designed by PBK Architects and HOK Sport + Venue + Event, and will be used for athletic events, performances, and private events.
Wade will be coming from Memphis, where she has been the operations and events manager at the Stax Museum of American Soul Music. Prior to that, she was managing director of Memphis’ Mid-South Coliseum and director of special events at Wings Stadium in Kalamazoo, Michigan. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
